The Customer Care Specialist - Sea Logistics (m/f/d) is responsible for managing import, export, and LCL shipments. Your role involves supporting customers by providing information, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints. You will also coordinate transportation and handle administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests and complaints.
• Manage a variety of export, import, and LCL shipments.
• Regularly contact customers to define best practices and offer advice.
• Provide quotes to customers in collaboration with your manager.
• Inform customers promptly about shipment progress.
• Track shipments from departure to arrival.
• Identify and resolve issues escalated by employees, in coordination with your manager.
• Optimize operational and administrative processes for increased efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, preferably in Sea Logistics.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle uncertainty.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Good communication and conflict management skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
