Content Moderator with a Social Media Corporation (French Language)
Salary is EUR 1, 250 per month gross with bonuses

As part of our
- winning team, you'll assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries—all while living in the vibrant and sunny city of Lisbon.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming customer calls, chats, or emails in French for users
- Provide accurate, friendly, and timely support on our products and services
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers to solutions
- Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving complaints effectively
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French (C1 or native level) and good English skills (B2 minimum)
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology
- Ability to work in a
- paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
