Customer Care with a Gaming Corporation (French Language)

Salary is EUR 1, 250 per month gross with bonuses

As a French Customer Care Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional support to users across French-speaking markets.

Your Mission:

Provide
- class customer support via phone, email, or chat to users in French.

Assist with technical troubleshooting, billing queries, account issues, and general product guidance.

Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.

Keep up to date with our latest products, services, and updates.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate information.

What Were Looking For:

Native or fluent French speaker (C2 level).

Good English skills (B2 or higher) for internal communication.

Passion for video games and digital entertainment.

Strong communication and
- solving skills.

Team player with a
- centric mindset.

Availability to work in rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday).

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit.
