Your Role at a Glance
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Manage bookings by creating, modifying, or canceling reservations
- Support clients through inbound and outbound calls and email
- Assist customers with questions about Flight Club services, VIP Service, and personal reduced mobility (PRM)
- Handle claims related to strikes, delays, cancellations, and more
- Provide timely, accurate information to empower customer decisions
- Exceed customer expectations to create memorable experiences
- Listen carefully to individual customer needs and respond with empathy
What Were Looking For
This opportunity is ideal if you:
- Are fluent in European Portuguese (C2) and English (B2)
- Possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a
- oriented mindset - Have experience with GDS tools such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferred)
- Have prior customer service or travel/tourism experience
