Customer Care with an Airline Company (Portuguese Language)

Your Role at a Glance

• Manage bookings—create, modify, or cancel reservations
• Support clients via inbound/outbound calls and email
• Assist with questions about Flight Club services, VIP Service, and PRM
• Handle claims related to strikes, delays, cancellations, etc.
• Provide accurate information to empower customer decisions
• Exceed customer expectations to create memorable experiences
• Listen carefully and respond with empathy

What Were Looking For

• Fluent in European Portuguese (C2) and English (B2)
• Excellent communication skills, empathy,
  - oriented
• Experience with GDS tools (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) preferred
• Customer service or travel/tourism experience
