Your role as a Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will:

Connect with customers, offering expertise on Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners products and services via calls or emails.

Assess requests, make informed decisions, and take appropriate action.

Use your
- solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and enhance satisfaction.

Drive continuous improvements for a seamless customer experience.

What we're looking for

Are fluent in French (written and spoken) and proficient in English (B2 level).

Possess excellent communication and writing skills, with a compassionate and

Are passionate about identifying customer needs and providing quick solutions.
