What you will do in this role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will:

• Be the voice of the company, directly interacting with customers
• Provide support to our German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Assist merchants with any inquiries regarding our products and services
• Optimize processes to continuously improve merchant satisfaction
• Collaborate with departments like Sales and Marketing
• Be part of an international and multilingual team

This is a great role if you:

• Are fluent in German (C1) and have advanced English skills (B2)
• Have strong communication skills:

• Possess high empathy and a commitment to delivering excellent,

• Are capable of managing escalation processes and resolving complex issues
• Have prior experience in customer support
• Are comfortable with omnichannel support (phone, chat, email) and multitasking with various tools

• Stay organized and calm under pressure
• Are proficient with smartphones, tablets, and computers
