Job Description

In this role, you will be essential in delivering excellent customer experiences, ensuring quality service, and maintaining operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and chats, providing support and information regarding insurance policies
• Process client requests using the policy administration system
• Respond to customer emails and letters professionally and clearly
• Manage digital documents and assist with policy updates
• Support clients with claims, payments, and cancellations

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C2) and English (B2)
• Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and diplomacy
• Proactive, motivated, and
  - oriented
