As a Customer Service Representative based
- site in Lisbon, Portugal, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service, helping our clients exceed expectations in quality, efficiency, and satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handle calls and chats from customers seeking information about their insurance policies.
• Process requests through policy systems and respond via email or written communication.
• Index and archive documents using digital tools.
• Manage policy updates, payment information, claims, and cancellations.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in German (C2) and fluency in English (B2).
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with a professional,
