Responsibilities

1. Support SMBs via chat, email, and phone to help them grow and thrive.
2. Expand the
   - serve advertising base for SMB clients.
3. Provide
   - and
   - sales support for
   - service products.
4. Guide clients on tools and products to improve their experience.
5. Identify patterns, offer creative solutions, and assist with challenges.
6. Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
7. Share feedback to improve products.

Requirements

1. Native Dutch speaker.
2. English proficiency (B2 level).
3. Knowledge of social media and digital advertising platforms.
4. At least 1 year experience in customer support.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Adaptability, fast learning, enthusiasm for helping businesses.
7. Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends.
8. Comfort in a
   - paced environment.
9. Customer service or call center experience is a plus.
