What You'll Do

1. Support small and
   - sized businesses (SMBs) as they grow and thrive through multiple communication channels including chat, email, and phone.
2. Help expand the
   - serve advertising base for SMB clients within the digital advertising space.
3. Deliver exceptional
   - and
   - sales support for
   - service products.
4. Provide expert guidance and support on tools and products to enhance the client experience.
5. Identify patterns, provide creative solutions, and assist SMBs with challenges.
6. Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
7. Share valuable feedback and insights from customers to help improve product development.

What You'll Need

1. Strong command of English (B2 level).
2. Knowledge of social media and digital advertising platforms.
3. At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Adaptable, fast learner, and enthusiastic about helping businesses grow.
6. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends on a rotation.
7. Comfortable in a
   - paced, dynamic environment.
8. Experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
