What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Deliver outstanding service via chat, email, and phone
• Troubleshoot issues and guide users through solutions
• Educate users on platform features to maximize their website potential
• Partner with internal teams to solve complex technical challenges
• Stay current with updates and new features
• Gather and share user feedback to help improve experiences

What You Bring

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Are fluent in German (written and spoken) and proficient in English (B2)
• Have prior experience in customer service, tech support, or similar fields
• Communicate clearly and effectively
• Are quick to pick up new technologies and tools
• Bring patience, empathy, and strong
  - solving skills
• Have experience with website builders or CMS platforms (a plus, not required)
