This position is a direct hire for an international client in the Reg
Tech sector. The professional will join a
- growing technology company specialised in automating compliance processes for the financial industry, with global operations and a strong focus on innovation. The role is hybrid, requiring presence in the Lisbon office
1 to 2 times per week
.
What You Will Do:
- Support client engagements

- end, driving successful adoption of Reg
Tech solutions. - Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within financial institutions.
- Lead discovery sessions, requirement clarification and solution alignment with
- functional teams. - Ensure client satisfaction, retention and expansion of accounts.
- Contribute to building scalable processes and internal frameworks in a
- paced,
- stage environment. - Work closely with product, engineering and operations teams to translate complex regulatory challenges into practical technology solutions.
- Operate in a hybrid
- facing setup, with regular
- site presence in Lisbon and occasional travel to London.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5–7 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles (Big Four experience is a strong plus).
- Experience working with financial institutions.
