This position is a direct hire for an international client in the Reg
Tech sector. The professional will join a
- growing technology company specialised in automating compliance processes for the financial industry, with global operations and a strong focus on innovation. The role is hybrid, requiring presence in the Lisbon office 1 to 2 times per week.

What You Will Do:

• Support client engagements
  -
  - end, driving successful adoption of Reg
  Tech solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within financial institutions.
• Lead discovery sessions, requirement clarification and solution alignment with
  - functional teams.
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention and expansion of accounts.
• Contribute to building scalable processes and internal frameworks in a
  - paced, early‑stage environment.
• Work closely with product, engineering and operations teams to translate complex regulatory challenges into practical technology solutions.
• Operate in a hybrid
  - facing setup, with regular
  - site presence in Lisbon and occasional travel to London.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5–7 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles (Big Four experience is a strong plus).
• Experience working with financial institutions.
• Proven track record in client adoption, satisfaction and account growth.
• Comfortable working in
  - moving,
  - stage or
  - up environments.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and build processes from scratch.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into clear, structured solutions.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (required).
• Based in Lisbon with availability for
  - site client work 1–2 times per week and occasional travel to London.
