What will you do as a Danish Customer Consultant:
  • Be available to support customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Handle customer requests with empathy, patience, and respect
  • Educate customers on how to use online
    - service tools
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering
    - class service
  • Enter and update customer details accurately in the system
  • Take ownership of issues and suggest improvements to processes
Requirements
  • Native or C1 level of Danish
  • Advanced level of English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • PC literacy (MS Office, internet tools)
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Strong
    - solving and
    - management skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or online gaming is a plus
