Customer Consultant - Retention (f / m) 100%
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for dealing with customer contacts by telephone
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is at its highest level
- Serving the customer to ensure their
- term loyalty - Receiving incoming customer calls who want to terminate their contract and maintain the customer
- Customer advice on all Sunrise services and offers
- Creation of added value for the customer incl. sales
- Effective communication with customers considering qualitative and quantitative aspects
Your qualification:
- Basic knowledge and experience in a call center
- Languages: Fluent German / English
- Strong commitment
- Strong customer focus
- Flexibility and resistance to stress
- Strong communication skills
- Independent and precise working method
- Duty and punctuality
- Good PC skills
