What you’ll be doing at TP Portugal

As an English-speaker Customer Delight for Social Media, you will:

• Assist SMBs in navigating the online and digital advertising space to expand their businesses effectively
• Engage with clients through chat, email, and phone to offer timely and efficient support
• Help SMBs grow and maximize their use of
  - serve advertising tools and platforms
• Guide prospective SMB clients through product offerings, helping them understand how digital advertising can meet their business needs
• Provide continuous assistance to existing clients, ensuring they receive the most out of the services and tools
  - purchase
• Offer expertise in advertising products and tools to improve the client experience and optimize their advertising strategies
• Address client concerns, resolve technical problems, and provide solutions to improve their experience with advertising tools
• Share knowledge on effective advertising strategies, tools, and techniques to drive client success
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster
  - term satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve customer service processes and product offerings
