You will provide assistance across multiple channels and support the expansion of SMBs' self‑serve advertising efforts, guiding them through pre‑ and post‑sales processes to ensure the best use of advertising tools and strategies.

What you’ll be doing at TP Portugal
As an English‑speaker Customer Delight for Social Media, you will:
- Assist SMBs in navigating the online and digital advertising space to expand their businesses effectively;
- Engage with clients through chat, email, and phone to offer timely and efficient support;
- Help SMBs grow and maximize their use of self‑serve advertising tools and platforms;
- Guide prospective SMB clients through product offerings, helping them understand how digital advertising can meet their business needs;
- Provide continuous assistance to existing clients, ensuring they receive the most out of the services and tools post‑purchase;
- Offer expertise in advertising products and tools to improve the client experience and optimize their advertising strategies;
- Address client concerns, resolve technical problems, and provide solutions to improve their experience with advertising tools;
- Share knowledge on effective advertising strategies, tools, and techniques to drive client success;
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster long‑term satisfaction and retention;
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve customer service processes and product offerings.
