
Customer Due Diligence (AML) - Lisboa [241-001706-1]
We're looking for a Customer Due Diligence / KYC Analyst to join our Customer Due
Diligence Operations Team. In this role, you'll be on the front lines, assessing and verifying customer information, conducting due diligence on low, medium and high-risk accounts, and ensuring we're fully compliant with all AML regulations. You'll be a key part of the team focusing mostly, but not exclusively on the Nordic & Baltic region, using your keen eye for detail to protect the company and its customers.

What is expected of you:
As a Customer Due Diligence Analyst you will:
● Perform standard customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence
(EDD) reviews across our customer base, focusing on potential and existing
high-risk corporate customers.
● Present cases to the Customer Risk Committee
● Execute ongoing monitoring of existing customers (ODD).
● Conduct ad-hoc remediation projects
● IIdentify risks and propose and implement applicable controls to mitigate them.
● Support peers and contribute to increasing the organizational capability of the team.
What you bring to the team
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
● 1–2 years of experience performing Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for
corporate high-risk clients.
● A solid understanding of high-risk industries and practical risk-mitigation
approaches.
● Good knowledge of the end-to-end KYC and onboarding lifecycle.
● Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and relevant industry guidance.
● Strong verbal and written English skills. Reading ability in a Scandinavian language
is a plus for contextual research and document review.
● Comfort using AI tools to support analysis in a compliance setting.
● An ability to combine thorough, structured analysis with efficient delivery - you enjoy spotting patterns and bringing clarity to complex information while keeping cases moving and meeting team KPIs.
Who you’ll be working with and reporting to
You’ll report to our Nordics & Baltics Customer Due Diligence Lead and work closely with remote teams across Europe and India. Our team is highly collaborative and focused on enabling a secure and efficient customer journey. You’ll also have the chance to partner with teams across Operations, Compliance, and Product to ensure success.
