As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer performance goals are met across all operations. You will be responsible for providing guidance and knowledge of Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners' products and services through incoming calls or emails.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent writing and communication skills, coupled with empathy and team spirit. You should be proactive,
- motivated, and a great team player with the ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively.

• About the Role
• You will engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners' products and services by incoming calls or emails.
• You will review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly.
• You will demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems.
• You will work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.
