As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include :

• Being a single point of contact for advertisers and agencies for various types of inquiries
• Developing solutions to support and expand your customer's
  - serve advertising customer base
• Managing all types of inquiries generated via inbound activities such as chat, email, and social media messenger
• Demonstrating the value of advertising solutions and providing
  - sales support for all
  - service products
• Providing excellent and nimble customer service experience and continuously seeking initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall customer advertising experience

Your qualifications should include :

• Online advertising experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Fluent verbal and written communication in French (C1)
• Familiarity with online advertising products / vendors
• Ability to multitask & work under pressure
• You may be required to provide background checks (certificate for highest level of education, references from previous employment, clean criminal record)
