This is a

- site role for a Customer Experience Coach located in Oeiras. The Customer Experience Coach will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting customers, managing customer service operations, and improving overall customer experience. Daily tasks include providing excellent communication with clients, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and training staff on best practices in customer support and service.
