As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Experience Manager to lead our delivery and installation team, manage our warehouse and fleet, and help elevate the overall quality and efficiency of our operations. What You'll Do
Team Leadership & Operations• Recruit, train, and manage a team of assemblers and drivers. • Schedule and optimize daily deliveries and installations. • Ensure high service standards

- up. • Track performance, identify challenges, and implement solutions for continuous improvement. Warehouse & Inventory Management• Oversee the reception, labeling, storage, and release of goods. • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records. • Monitor product condition upon arrival and during storage. • Propose and implement improvements in warehouse logistics and space usage. Customer Service & Resolution• Handle service issues professionally and thoroughly, coordinating repairs, replacements, or insurance claims as needed. • Ensure every project concludes with a satisfied client. Fleet & Equipment Oversight• Manage company vehicles and tools, ensuring their optimal condition and usage. • Monitor performance, anticipate issues, and implement improvements to support operational excellence. Continuous Improvement
Actively propose and implement improvements across logistics, team structure, warehouse efficiency, and client service.

Perfil

• Experienced in supply chain - preferably in the furniture industry. • A
  - solver with strong leadership and communication skills. • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to excellence. • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
