What you'll be doing:

Be the first point of contact for Danish-speaking customers in the tourism industry via phone, email, and chat;

Solve issues quickly and compassionately, turning challenges into great service moments;

Provide accurate and insightful info about travel services and bookings;

Keep detailed records to ensure a smooth customer journey;

Work closely with
- functional teams to elevate the customer experience;

Stay informed on travel trends and updates to keep support

competências

What we're looking for:

Native or
- native Danish skills (spoken and written);

Good communication in English;

Passion for customer service and helping others;

Problem-solving mindset and cool under pressure;

Experience with CRM tools is a plus;

A team player with a proactive and resilient attitude.

Base salary: €1100/month;

Meal allowance: €7. 23/day;

Work fon site in Porto

Stable
- time schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 - 19:00 (rotating shifts) + 2 days off
