About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Portuguese & Spanish) to provide professional support and advice to our customers. You will handle inquiries via email and telephone, manage complaints, and contribute to projects aligned with your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support, guidance, and solutions to customers via email and phone;



Manage complaints and incidents related to orders;



Participate in other company projects based on skills and business needs.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (mandatory);



Strong communication and learning skills;



Experiencein customer service or support (preferred);



Good computer literacy;



Initiativeand leadership spirit.
