Your Day-to-Day

As a Customer Experience Specialist,
- 'll be the first point of contact for customers across various channels: phone, email, chat, and social media. Your mission? Deliver
- notch service, solve problems, and leave customers feeling supported and valued.

• Help customers with orders, questions, and tech issues
• Engage across multiple communication channels
• Tailor your tone and approach to match brand guidelines
• Resolve escalations with professionalism and empathy
• Log cases and interactions with accuracy and care
• Experience in customer support (voice, email, or chat) is a plus
• Tech-savvy or troubleshooting experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Cool under pressure, with a positive attitude
• Fluent in French and English
