Your Day-to-Day:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers across various channels—phone, email, chat, and social media. Your mission? Deliver
- notch service, solve problems, and ensure customers feel supported and valued.

You will:

• Help customers with orders, questions, and technical issues
• Engage across multiple communication channels
• Tailor your tone and approach to match brand guidelines
• Resolve escalations with professionalism and empathy
• Log cases and interactions accurately and carefully

Experience in customer support (voice, email, or chat) is a big plus

Tech-savviness or troubleshooting experience? Even better!

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Calm under pressure, with a positive attitude

Fluent in French and English
