We're looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via email and phone
• Engage with potential customers to attract them to our services, answering questions and providing information to meet their needs
• Gather information from new customers and input it into our platform
• Process and respond to contact requests in a timely manner
• Contribute to building a strong commitment to our client's brand

Requirements

• A high level of German language proficiency (C1 written and oral)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions
• Proactive,
  - motivated, and a great team player
