About This Role
We're looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our
- facing team, you will be responsible for delivering
- notch support to our clients through multiple channels, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via email and phone
- Engage with potential customers to attract them to our services, answering questions and providing information to meet their needs
- Gather information from new customers and input it into our platform
- Process and respond to contact requests in a timely manner
- Contribute to building a strong commitment to our client's brand
Requirements
- A high level of German language proficiency (C1 written and oral)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions
- Proactive,
- motivated, and a great team player
