Manpowergroup a leading human resources company is recruiting a Customer financial services Senior (m/f) for Leça do Balio, Porto.

We are looking for a senior professional to join our customer financial services team, focusing on credit management, collections and invoicing.

This position requires a high degree of autonomy, analytical skills and proven experience in the financial area.

Responsibilities:

- Management of
- to collect accounts and relationships with internal and external clients;

- Supervision and execution of credit and collection processes;

- Control and validation of invoicing;

- Identification of opportunities for improvement in financial processes;

- Support in training new team members;

- Collaboration with international teams and reporting of financial indicators.

Required profile:

- Higher education in Management,

- Economics, Accounting or similar areas;

- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in similar roles;

- Fluency in English (level B2 or higher) and/or another European language (French, German, Italian);

- High attention to detail and rigour in processes;

- Proficiency in Microsoftt Office, especially Excel;

- Strong analytical skills and numerical skills;

- Excellent written and verbal communication;

- Team spirit and proactivity.

Conditions offered:

- Direct contract with the client company, permanent;

- Hybrid working arrangement (3 days
- office + 2 days remote after training);
