Customer Financial Services Supervisor (ID)
As a Customer Financial Services Supervisor, you will be a member of the European Ship-To-Collect Team, supporting the European organization and our largest customers in all matters related to cash application, invoice disputes, and collections.
The role involves providing

- day supervisory and/or coordination support to a team of operational and/or clerical employees or contractors. You will be responsible for the daily completion of team tasks, employee performance monitoring, development discussions, employee administration, and supporting initial/informal disciplinary activities. For contractors, contract management is also included, under the supervision of relevant management.

What you will be doing:
You will support the European Ship-To-Collect Team in cash application, invoice disputes, and collections. Your responsibilities include supervising and coordinating a team of operational and clerical staff, managing daily team tasks, monitoring performance, conducting development discussions, handling employee administration, and supporting disciplinary activities. Contract management for contractors is also part of your role, under management supervision.
What do you bring with you:
Skills required include accuracy, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills, numerical skills, leadership, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German, French, Italian, or Spanish is desirable.
