Job Overview

As a supervisor, you will provide day‑to‑day supervisory and coordination support to a team of operational and/or clerical employees or contractors. You will be responsible for completing team tasks, monitoring performance, facilitating development discussions, managing
- related administration, supporting initial disciplinary actions, and, for contractors, managing contracts under the supervision of relevant management.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory and coordination support to team members.
• Ensure completion of team tasks and delegated first‑level employee activities.
• Monitor and manage day‑to‑day performance and facilitate development discussions.
• Administer employee‑related activities and support initial/informal disciplinary actions.
• Manage contractor contracts as required.

Qualifications

• Accuracy & attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Office and PC skills.
• Numerical skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Languages

English is mandatory; additional desirable languages include German, French, Italian, and Spanish.
