As a Customer Financial Services Supervisor, you will be a member of the European Ship‑To‑Collect Team, supporting the European organization and our largest customers in all matters related to cash application, invoice disputes, and collections.

Your role involves providing day‑to‑day supervisory and coordination support to a team of operational and/or clerical employees or contractors. You will oversee completion of team tasks, employee performance, administration, disciplinary actions, and contract management under the supervision of relevant management.

Responsibilities

The core responsibilities include:

• Supervision and coordination of day‑to‑day team tasks.
• Performance monitoring, development discussions, and employee administration.
• Initial and informal disciplinary action support.
• Contract management for contractors.
• Assistance with cash application, invoice disputes, and collections for European customers.

Qualifications

• Accuracy & attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC skills.
• Numerical skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Languages required: English (mandatory). Desired additional languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish.
