As a Customer Financial Services Supervisor, you will be a member of the European Ship-To-Collect Team, supporting the European organization and our largest customers in all matters related with cash application, invoice disputes and collections. The supervisor provides

- day supervisory and/or coordination support to a team of operational and/or clerical employees, or contractors. You will be responsible for

- day completion of team tasks as well as delegated first level employee related activities, as defined by local policies, including performance monitoring/management, development discussions, employee administration, and, under supervision, informal disciplinary actions and, for contractors, contract management.
