What You Will Be Doing

Supervise and oversee the Resolution Hub, drive performance, resolve operational challenges, foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Objectives To This Role

• Team Development & Coaching: Provide coaching, deliver structured training sessions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaison between vendor and internal teams,
  - weekly stakeholder meetings.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.
• Customer Experience Optimization: Drive initiatives to improve financial services satisfaction.
• Compliance and Reporting: Deliver monthly performance reports.
• Cultural and Relationship Building: Foster collaborative culture with vendor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze vendor performance metrics (KPIs).
• Provide coaching, guidance, and development to the team.
• Proactively identify and resolve process gaps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide resources and tools.
• Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures and best practices.
• Drive initiatives to improve customer experience and financial outcomes.

What Do You Bring With You

• 3+ years of experience in a people leadership role.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong Customer Experience mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of key performance metrics and operational reporting.
• Conflict resolution and problem solving ability.
• English proficiency. Other desired languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch.
