Customer happiness and operations manager

Job description:

• answer customers' questions
• work directly with fulfillment centers to guarantee customers have their shoes
• Complete exchanges and returns
• Manage inventory levels
• optimize processes
• provide assistance to website development, logistics

Needed:

• pro-activity
• eager to learn
• Flexibility to do multiple things (It's a Startup, we expect you to help out in different areas)
• Fluent English level
• problem-solving
• Flexible work time (with slow and crazy days, especially during campaigns)
