Customer Implementation Project Manager (Pst Time Zone) - $80,000 - $100,000 A Year - Remote
**Your mission**:**ABOUT THE ROLE*****We are looking for a **Project Manager** where the primary role will be the onboarding of new customers. When we are not onboarding new customers, the PM will be responsible for managing other projects around the business. This is a permanent work from home role so the only commute you will need to worry about is getting to your home desk. **WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**- Managing Client implementation and onboarding process from start to finish. - Plan and implement new projects, working closely with commercial team and bid manager to ensure client requirements are met. - Define project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and communicate these to all stakeholders. - Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery. - Develop project schedules, track progress, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. - Manage project resources, including both internal and external teams, to ensure project objectives are met. - Ensure that project documentation is

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, project management or related field. - 3+ Years experience in project management or client onboarding in a BPO environment. - Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans and timelines, identify and mitigate risks, and deliver projects
- time and within budget Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and project teams. - Strong analytical and
- solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. - Experience working with
