Customer Insights Analyst
At Asenium, we are searching for a Microsoft Customer Insights Consultant with strong experience in data integration, advanced analytics, and Power Platform tools.
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
Location: Lisbon
Star Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Support the configuration of customer profiles, customer segmentation, and behavioral analysis
- Use advanced analytics tools to extract insights into customer behavior
- Conduct customer segmentation using classifying customers based on diverse criteria
- Develop and execute testing strategies for data projects
- Provide documentation and support throughout the process
Must-Have Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in similar roles
- Proven involvement in multiple projects with MS Customer Insights
- Strong ability to integrate data from various sources to build centralized data repositories
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its connectivity with Customer Insights
- Experience with Power BI, especially for creating dynamic dashboards
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Azure, and the Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Understanding of data integrations and processing methods for export to external platforms
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory
