Customer Logistics Planner (f/m/div.)

• Analyze and align product quantities for the market by monitoring stock levels versus sales evolution, ensuring optimal stock coverage and material availability across markets.
• Lead and collaborate on projects with local and international markets related to Aveiro products and/or business unit initiatives, aiming to improve stock levels and product availability.
• Manage the
  -
  - end order process — from creation to final delivery at the client’s warehouse — ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Propose and evaluate production and invoicing quantities to ensure realistic and achievable planning.
• Support industrialization, ratio, and Time-to-Market (TTM) projects by providing accurate logistical insights.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with operational and strategic plans.
• Act as a logistics liaison with customers to resolve issues and implement measures that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Your profile

What distinguishes you:

Education:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Management, Logistics or a related field.

Experience:

Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or planning is highly valued.

Know-how:

• Solid understanding of inventory management, order handling processes, and KPI tracking.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Languages:

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

Working Style and Methods:

• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Strong
  - solving skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.

Personality:

• Costumer oriented, open to continuous learning and international cooperation.
