What we are looking for:

We seek a highly motivated Customer Loyalty and Growth Associate to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction and growth by:

1. Managing the renewal process within the 90-day window for assigned customers.
2. Identifying upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience and revenue.
3. Upgrading customers from legacy licenses to current offerings.
4. Consolidating multiple licenses into a single license when appropriate.
5. Reducing churn and increasing retention through strategic initiatives.
6. Conducting product demos and providing support during renewal.
7. Gathering feedback from customers who decide to churn to inform retention strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong listening, communication, and
  - through skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a sense of urgency.
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management.
• Experience selling 3-year Saa
  S deals.
• Knowledge of business administration, negotiation, and retention techniques.
• Experience leading product demos.
• Passion for technology, CRM, and business process analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in at least two of the following languages: English, German, Italian, French, or Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with quotas and KPIs.
• Organized, analytical, and resilient in a
  - paced environment.
