Bank of China (Europe) S. A. Lisbon Branch began its business since 2013. This is the only branch established by the Bank of China (Europe) S. A. in the Iberian Peninsula, as well as the only Chinese-funded commercial bank currently registered in Portugal. In order to develop the business of Bank of China in Lisbon we are looking for one Customer Management Assistant. Position:  Customer Management Assistant
Location:  Lisbon
Type:  Contractual, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
-      Support customer service functions and maintain positive client relations for both corporate and individual. -      Assist in the day-to-day operations of the branch. -      Address customer inquiries and offer appropriate banking solutions. -      Contribute to the achievement of branch targets and service quality. Eligibility Criteria:
-      Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration,  Finance,  Commerce,  or a related field. -      Prior experience in customer service or banking. -      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -      Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Portuguese and Chinese.
