Key responsabilities:

• Process all our client network data inputs and changes with precision.
• Take accountability for managing the administration of all
  - related data.
• Ensure that service quality levels exceed expectations.
• Identify and communicate gaps, queries, and errors promptly.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service.
• Support improvement programs and contribute to special
  - related projects.
• Keep the Team Lead informed of any issues or opportunities with existing activities.

What you will bring:

• Completed High School Education.
• Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools and intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• History of working in a multinational &
  - functional, collaborative team environment.
• Understanding of customer administration matters for different countries.
• Proactive, "take-charge" work ethic, showing ambition and a drive to succeed.
• Excellent team player, capable of working well within the team and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Accountability towards the performance of the team.
