Powering 1, 300+ hotels means we’re building bigger stages and smarter systems. We’re strengthening our Customer Support by adding a Customer Onboarding Manager to keep
- lives smooth and accurate from day one. Own the path from
- off to handover, linking Success and Support through solid planning,
- on SQL, and real hotel
- how.
What you’ll do ?
✅ Lead
-
- end onboardings for hotels and chains: scope, setup, customisation, validation,
- live, initial support, handover
✨ Act as a trusted adviser: capture and share best practices for BI setup (clean mappings, segmentation, PMS limitations) to help clients make sound choices
? Configure integrations (PMS, POS, Finance, RMS) or coordinate with Technical Support where needed
? Use SQL or internal tools to ensure completeness and accuracy before
- live
? Handle post–go-live refinements, then transition cleanly to Customer Success and Support
? Triage issues with Support and Engineering, keeping clients calmly informed throughout
? Document configurations, decisions, and checks for clarity and a smooth handover
? Track and own onboarding KPIs (time-to-go-live, data readiness,
- use milestones) to improve

- value and visibility
? Track

- onboard and identify efficiency levers (templating, automation, scope fit) to improve scale economics
⏱ Turn those levers into practice: playbooks, templates, and light automations that reduce effort and lift quality
? Gather and share learnings with Product, Success, and Support;
run onboarding retrospectives and turn insights into concrete improvements

- Strong communicator with

- A technical and analytical mind with strong project management habits, focused on accuracy, completeness, and usability.
- Hands-on experience with datasets, data ingestion, integrations, APIs, schemas, and mapping logic
- BI
- how or advanced Excel skills, for example
- filtered dashboards. - Basic SQL for validation and troubleshooting, or Python for light scripting.
- Clear documentation and calm stakeholder management so moving parts stay aligned.
What makes you stand out ✨
- Background in Saa

- growing startup/scale-up environments, comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving setting - Revenue management or hotel operations experience is always a bonus.
- Working knowledge of hotel data flows or PMS integrations such as Opera, MEWS, Guestline, Apaleo, or similar.
- Being multilingual brings the extra spice. English is required;
other languages are a plus
