What You Will Do In This Role
As a Customer & Technical Support Specialist , you will:

• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices and accessories.
• Assist customers with product usage through multichannel support (calls, email, chat and SMS).
• Manage order intake, renewals, and documentation in compliance with guidelines.
• Apply active listening and empathy in sensitive situations.
• Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards.
  

Your Qualifications

• Ability to support more than one market simultaneously.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to retain and manage large amounts of information.
