**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software such as **Intune**, **Teams**, **Share
Point**, **Office 365**, and general system administration;
- Collaborate with
IT administrators, managers, and other employees to solve technical problems;
- Offer process improvement suggestions and share feedback with relevant teams to enhance customer support experiences;
- Manage customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels. **Requirements**:
- **Fluent Dutch** communication skills (spoken and written);
- Proficiency in **English** at **B2/C1** level;
- A minimum of **1year of experience** in technical support or system administration;
- Strong
- solvingskills and technical knowledge;
- Availability to work in **rotating shifts**;
- **EU passport/ID** or valid **Portuguese residence card**. **What We Offer**:
