Customer, Order & Technical Support Specialist - Night Shift (English-speaking) - Medical Equipment at Concentrix

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-Site)

What you will do

• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices, consumables and accessories.
• Manage order intake and renewals in compliance with company guidelines.
• Assist customers with product usage and ordering through multichannel support (calls, email, chat, and SMS).
• Accurately document all customer contacts in English.
• Apply active listening and empathy to handle sensitive patients and situations.
• Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards.

Your qualifications

• Fluent in English (C2 level), both verbal and written.
• Ability to support more than one market simultaneously.
• Available to work on Night Shift.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Remain calm under stress and adapt quickly to change.
• Patience and good temper to handle disputes and emergencies.
• Apply active listening and empathy to resolve client issues.
• Bonus: Knowledge or background in healthcare, diabetes devices, or technical support.
