As a Customer & Technical Support Specialist in Porto, you will provide customer care and technical assistance for medical devices, ensuring accurate order management and empathetic support to customers across European markets.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices, consumables and accessories.
• Manage order intake and renewals in compliance with company guidelines.
• Assist customers with product usage and ordering through multichannel support (calls, email, chat, and SMS).
• Accurately document all customer contacts in English.
• Apply active listening and empathy to handle sensitive patients and situations.
• Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent, both verbal and written, in French with English at C1 level.
• Ability to support more than one market simultaneously.
• Available to work Night Shift.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Calm under stress and adaptable to change.
• Patience and good temper to handle disputes and emergencies.
• Active listening and empathy to resolve client issues.
• Bonus: knowledge or background in healthcare, diabetes devices, or technical support.
