Customer Quality Engineer

We are in search of a Deployment and Maintenance Quality Engineer to join our innovative team as our new#bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in the Quality team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Continuously monitor the performance of lockers after installation, collecting data on failures, defects, and other
- conformities - Analyze historical and real‑time data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and improvement opportunities
- Design and implement a structured process for collecting, logging, and tracking customer complaints
- Proactively manage quality issues reported after installation, ensuring a quick and effective resolution
- Analyze complaint trends to identify recurring component failures, batch issues, or usage patterns
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid the recurrence of problems
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure the quality of solutions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, seeking to optimize installation and maintenance processes
- Develop and implement new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product and service quality
- Collaborate in creating technical documentation and training for maintenance teams, aiming to standardize processes and increase technical knowledge
- Improve the organization and accessibility of information in databases, facilitating analysis and decision‑making
- Develop customized reports to meet the needs of different areas of the company.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proven experience in electronics, electromechanical or cables product manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like engineering, quality management, etc. is a plus
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data analysis skills
- Great negotiation and conflict management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
It would be great if you would also have:
- Quality management certification
