We deliver services ranging from sales enablement, order‑to‑delivery processes up to after‑sales support. With our end‑to‑end services we empower sellers, streamline operations, and enable businesses to deliver outstanding customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Your mission will be…

• Maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare customer quotations based on defined product references, in compliance with internal requirements and customer expectations, and ensure follow‑up.
• Clarify customer orders to ensure consistency with quotations and customer pricing conditions.
• Manage orders from quotation validation to logistical follow‑up.

We are looking for someone with…

• Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of ownership.
• Strong communication skills, collegiality, stress resistance, and the ability to stand firm and express your opinion.
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and good command of English.
