plays a central role in enhancing customer engagement and delivering
- driven marketing initiatives that support the Group's strategy.

In this phase of accelerated growth and opportunities, we are looking for a
CRM Analyst Intern
with strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to
- solving, who will contribute to building impactful customer journeys and supporting the optimization of marketing campaigns.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Segment and analyze customer audiences for targeted campaigns;
• Analyze campaign results;
• Monitor and analyze operational data;
• Build and maintain dashboards to track and communicate performance.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Academic background in Information Management, Mathematics, Marketing or related fields;
• Knowledge of databases and SQL;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power
  Point);
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI (
  valued but not mandatory
  );
• Preference for analytical roles with a structured and systematic mindset;
• Ability to approach complex problems with organization and clarity;
• Interest in technology,
