What you will do in this role

As a Customer Representative and Sales, you will:

• Sell cruise packages
• Cross-Sell or Upsell cruise packages and related products
• Provide customer support for
  - booking and booking management
• Support travel agents with bookings and management
• Assist customers with inquiries about destinations, vessels, documentation, prices, etc.
