What you will do in this role
- Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners’ products and services via incoming calls or emails.
- Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems.
- Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.
Your qualifications
- High level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
- Excellent writing and communication skills, coupled with empathy and team spirit.
- Love to identify customer needs and propose fast solutions.
- Proactive,
- driven,
- motivated, and a great team player. - Previous customer experience is a plus.
