What you will do in this role

• Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners’ products and services via incoming calls or emails.
• Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems.
• Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.

Your qualifications

• High level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
• Excellent writing and communication skills, coupled with empathy and team spirit.
• Love to identify customer needs and propose fast solutions.
• Proactive,
  - driven,
  - motivated, and a great team player.
• Previous customer experience is a plus.
